- Nothing to the organiser. Fans pay a booking fee of 7.50% + £0.25 per ticket at checkout, VAT included, and free tickets carry no fee. On a £30 ticket that is £2.50. The organiser keeps 100% of face value.
- When do I get paid on Grofomo compared with Resident Advisor?
- Grofomo pays out three days after the event ends, from your own Stripe account, with early release on request. Resident Advisor publishes: The Tuesday after the event, then up to 4 working days to land.
- Can I move from Resident Advisor to Grofomo mid-season?
- Yes. Put your next event on Grofomo alongside your current platform, import your sales history (Skiddle order exports are read directly; anything else moves by CSV) and your contacts, and switch the rest when you are ready.
