Your name is already on the bill. Own the page.
Grofomo is where UK organisers build their lineups, so acts appear here before they ever sign up. Claim your profile and you get a press kit promoters can open, a personal ticket link for every show you play, booking offers you can accept in a tap, and payouts through Stripe. It costs you nothing.
Everything a promoter asks for, in one link.
Your profile, claimed
Promoters have already put you on lineups here. Claim the profile that carries your name, or start a fresh one, and it becomes the page organisers and fans see.
A press kit that stays current
Bio, photos, music and booking details on one page. Share it with a private link you can expire or revoke, so nobody is chasing an old PDF.
A promo kit for every show
The moment an organiser adds you to a lineup, the event appears with your personal ticket link and any ready-made posts they send you.
Paid for the tickets you sell
Your link credits every sale you drive. Where the organiser pays commission, it lands in your bank through Stripe a week after the event.
Offers you can accept in a tap
Booking offers arrive with the fee and the ticket allocation spelled out. Accept, and the organiser is invoiced straight away.
Fans who turn up
Fans who save your set in the Grofomo app get a reminder before you walk on. Your directory page lists every upcoming show.
Three steps, then it runs itself.
- Step 1
Claim your profile
Search the catalogue for your name, claim it, and you are in. Nothing to pay, no card asked for.
- Step 2
Build your press kit
Add your bio, photos and streaming links once. Share the link with every promoter who asks.
- Step 3
Get booked and get paid
Accept offers, share your ticket link, and set up payouts once so every event pays into the same account.
Booking fees and ticket commission, one account.
Accept an offer and the organiser is invoiced for your fee straight away, with payment due by the event date. Share your ticket link and every sale is credited to you; where the organiser pays commission, it reaches your bank a week after the event. Set up payouts once, through Stripe, and it carries across every organiser you play for.
Not every event pays commission. Your link still credits every sale you drive, so you and the organiser both see what you brought.
Before you claim, answered.
- What does it cost?
- Nothing. Grofomo is free for artists: no subscription, no listing fee, nothing for the press kit or the promo tools. Organisers run their events on Grofomo, and the platform earns from the booking fee fans pay at checkout, not from you.
- My name is already on here. How?
- Organisers build their lineups on Grofomo and the public directory lists events from across the UK, so acts appear in the catalogue before anyone has claimed them. Claiming a profile puts you in charge of it. If someone else has claimed yours, you can dispute it and we will sort it out.
- How do I get paid?
- Set up payouts once through Stripe, which handles the bank and tax details, and it carries across every organiser you play for. Booking fees are invoiced to the organiser as soon as you accept an offer. Ticket commission, where an organiser offers it, pays out a week after each event.
- Who can see my press kit?
- Only people you give a link to. You can use one link for everyone or make separate links that expire, and revoke any of them at any time. Your public directory page is separate and shows only what you choose to make public.
- Do I need to be on a Grofomo event to use it?
- No. The profile, the press kit and the public page work whoever you play for. The promo kit and earnings switch on when an organiser using Grofomo puts you on a lineup.
