- When do I get paid on Grofomo compared with DICE?
- Grofomo pays out three days after the event ends, from your own Stripe account, with early release on request. DICE publishes: Within 5 business days after the event.
- Can I move from DICE to Grofomo mid-season?
- Yes. Put your next event on Grofomo alongside your current platform, import your sales history (Skiddle order exports are read directly; anything else moves by CSV) and your contacts, and switch the rest when you are ready.
