About
Tasha KP began her DJing career in 1990, embarking on a path that would see her perform at prominent clubs and festivals worldwide. Over the years, she has brought her hard uplifting grooves and breakbeats to legendary venues and events, including Tresor in Berlin, Megadog, Club UK, Lakota, and the WOMAD festival.
Her career reached a major milestone in June 1997 when she broadcasted an Essential Mix for BBC Radio 1.
Tasha is currently resident DJ at NueTopia, Reading’s bi-monthly Saturday night old skool rave mashup at the Purple Turtle.
Alongside her DJ performances, she established herself in the studio by producing the 1997 album 'Shake 'n' Vac' on the BAG label, remixing tracks for artists such as Dannii Minogue, and releasing music under the aliases Vixen and C.A.T.
