Take money directly. Keep more of it.
Your Stripe. Your bank account. We charge a flat 1.4% — not 7%. Settle next-business-day, not 30 days after gates close.
Grofomo is the one platform for ticketing, social media, scheduling, and artist booking — built for the chaotic people who put events into the world.
Sell, scan, tier, comp. No Eventbrite. No fees you didn't agree to.
Plan posts across IG, TikTok, X. Auto-publish on lineup-drop day.
Pitch, sign, advance, settle. Riders and contracts in one room.
Stages, set times, day-sheets, crew calls — drag a slot, everyone updates.
Sales velocity, sell-through by tier, scan-rate by gate, in real time.
We were running a 3,000-cap festival on six different tools held together with spreadsheets and prayers. Grofomo replaced all of them in a weekend — and our advance team actually slept this year.
Switch between the box office, the booking desk, and the social calendar without ever changing tabs. It just feels like the same product because it is.
Six tools. Six logins. Six invoices. One platform from now on.
Your Stripe. Your bank account. We charge a flat 1.4% — not 7%. Settle next-business-day, not 30 days after gates close.
Our iOS / Android scanner works offline, syncs the moment it can, and flags duplicates instantly. Built for festivals in fields, not weddings in lobbies.
Change a slot once. Stage plots, day-sheets, the public site, push notifications to ticket-holders — all update without a single Slack thread.
Putting tickets on sale is the easy part. The thing that fills the field is everything around it — the lineup announcements, the early-bird waves, the artist whose set just went viral on TikTok. Grofomo is built around that loop.
Dynamic pricing tiers, automatic waitlists, embeddable widgets on Webflow, Squarespace, or anywhere else you live. Plus referral codes that actually track who brought who.
| Grofomo | Other guys | |
|---|---|---|
| Platform fee | 1.4% | 3.5% |
| Card processing | 1.5% + 20p | 1.5% + 20p |

Independent festivals using Grofomo save an average of £3 per ticket — that's £300,000 on a 100k-ticket event.
Drop the lineup at 9am. Watch sales spike at 9:04. Schedule the second wave for the exact moment FOMO peaks — because Grofomo already knows when that is.
Pitch offers, redline contracts, collect signatures, advance hospitality, and run night-of settlements — all from the same artist record. Riders attach themselves to day-sheets automatically.
"Lineup-drop morning used to mean three of us juggling Buffer, Eventbrite analytics and a spreadsheet. Now it's one tab. Three pints saved."
Yes — and we routinely do. Our scanning apps work offline, our Stripe integration handles enterprise volume, and our refund/transfer tools cover every edge case your support team has ever cursed about. We'll migrate your existing ticket buyers for you on plans over 5,000 tickets.
No catch. 1.4% platform fee + your normal Stripe processing (1.5% + 20p). We pass nothing on to the buyer unless you choose to. Most competitors charge 3–7% and then layer per-ticket fees on top. The maths gets ugly fast on larger events.
Every scheduled post can carry a unique referral code that ties back to a ticket tier. When you drop the lineup at 9am, the dashboard shows you which platform converted, which artist drove which slice of revenue, and which post got cross-tagged the most. It's the closest thing to attribution that this industry has.
Yes. CSV import for past sales is one click. For contracts and rider PDFs, our team will handle the migration manually — typically 3–5 business days for a single-event roster. We've moved festivals with 80+ artist agreements without losing a row.
Yes. We pre-cache the entire valid-ticket list to each scanning device on event day. Scans queue locally and sync the moment a device reconnects. Duplicate-scan detection works across devices once they catch up. Tested at festivals in fields with zero LTE.
All three. Roughly 60% of our customers run multi-day festivals, 25% are independent venues programming weekly, and 15% are agencies producing on behalf of brands. The platform scales the same way for all of them — you'd just use different modules more heavily.
30 minutes. We walk you through it. You decide if it fits.
