Price it at £85,000. Bank £85,000.
You keep every penny of face value: no commission, no deductions, no invoice from us at the end. The money sits in your own Stripe account and releases three days after your event ends.
Ticketing, the lineup, the artists, the crew and the marketing — one platform, built for the chaotic people who put events into the world. Costs you nothing to run, and you keep every penny of face value.
Tiers, releases, group tickets, payment plans, comps, and discounts that apply themselves.
Instagram and Facebook, email, push and WhatsApp — to your own audience, not a rented one.
Offers, fees, guest-list allocations and remittance invoices, all on the artist's record.
Stages, event days and set times on one axis. Volunteers, vendors and suppliers alongside.
Sales against a target, sell-through by tier, door counts by gate, year on year.
We were running a 3,000-cap festival on six different tools held together with spreadsheets and prayers. Grofomo replaced all of them in a weekend — and our advance team actually slept this year.
Switch between the box office, the booking desk, and the social calendar without ever changing tabs. It just feels like the same product because it is.
Six tools. Six logins. Six invoices. One platform from now on.
You keep every penny of face value: no commission, no deductions, no invoice from us at the end. The money sits in your own Stripe account and releases three days after your event ends.
Our door app runs a check-in list per gate. Staff join by scanning a share code, every ticket carries an offline QR, and the counts move in near real time. Duplicates, wrong-day and already-transferred tickets are called out on the spot, and anything scanned in error can be undone.
Move a slot and it updates everywhere at once: your public site, the app schedule, and the fans who saved that set get told. Nobody has to remember to tell anybody.
Not a trial, not a limited tier. You never get an invoice from us: no subscription, no listing fee, no per-seat charge, nothing for the marketing tools. Every ticketing platform adds a booking fee at checkout — at 7.5% + 25p ours is lighter than Skiddle or DICE charge, and you keep the full face value of every ticket.
The booking fee is the only money that changes hands, and it is lighter than the fee your buyers are paying today. Every figure here is that platform's own published rate, checked in August 2026. Big promoters negotiate, so treat these as list prices — ours included.
On a £30 ticket, Skiddle's booking fee is £3.27 before the delivery fee they add to every order. Ours is £2.50. So either your fans pay at least 77p less than they did last year, or you lift your face value by the difference and keep it — around £770 on every 1,000 tickets. One or the other, and it is entirely your call.
Putting tickets on sale is the easy part. The thing that fills the field is everything around it — the lineup announcements, the early-bird waves, the artist everyone is suddenly talking about. Grofomo is built around that loop.
Price tiers that open and close on a schedule, quantity discounts that apply themselves without a code, hidden tickets that only unlock from an artist or ambassador link, and payment plans for the ones people need to save up for.
Hand any DJ on the bill, or anyone who bought a ticket last year, their own link. They share it, you see exactly who brought who, and they earn on what they sell — in cash, or in the stuff that costs you less than cash.
Drop the lineup at 9am and watch the sales move. Message your ticket holders on WhatsApp from your own number, schedule Instagram and Facebook from a single draft, and email the list from your own domain rather than ours.
Tickets live in the Grofomo app, in Apple and Google Wallet, and in an email with a QR that still scans when the signal does not. Your fans build a personal schedule from your set times, see which of their mates are going, and get a nudge before the act they saved walks on.
Send an offer with a fee, an allocation of tickets, or both — so the headliner gets paid and the opener can take twenty tickets for their mates instead. Acceptance, remittance invoices and the artist's own VAT details all live on the same record that feeds your set times.
Really. You never get an invoice from us. There is no subscription, no listing fee, no per-seat charge and nothing to pay for the marketing tools. We earn from the booking fee added at checkout, the same fee every ticketing platform charges — ours is 7.5% + 25p, lighter than Skiddle or DICE, and you receive the full face value of every ticket. Card processing comes out of our side, not yours.
The catch, if you want to call it one, is that you sell your tickets through Grofomo. That is what makes the rest of it work: once your sales run through the platform it knows who bought, what they bought, who came last year and who never opened your last email — and that is what turns a mailing list into an audience you can actually sell to. Bolt the marketing onto someone else's checkout and you are back to exporting spreadsheets.
Money from ticket sales is held on your own Stripe account and released automatically three days after your event ends. Paying out after the event is what protects your buyers if a date moves or cancels, which is why the industry works this way. If you need the funds sooner, you can request an early release.
Yes. We read Skiddle order exports directly, so last year's sales come across as history you can actually report against rather than a folder of spreadsheets. Your whole ticket catalogue imports and exports as a CSV, and your contacts import with duplicate detection, so you are not merging lists by hand. On other platforms, send us an export and we will tell you straight away whether we can read it.
Instagram and Facebook, from a single draft: feed images, carousels, video and reels on Instagram, plus posts, video, reels and stories on Facebook. TikTok, X, LinkedIn and YouTube are coming.
The bigger win is usually the channels nobody else gives you: WhatsApp campaigns from your own number, email to your own buyer list, and a phone alert to everyone who saved your event.
Every ticket carries a QR that scans offline, so a field with no signal does not stop the door. You set up a check-in list per gate, add your staff with a rotating share code, and see checked-in against total in near real time. Duplicate scans, wrong-day tickets and ones already transferred are flagged as they happen, and anything scanned in error can be undone.
Your event page and directory listing, the website builder, the lineup builder, your artist roster and bookings, news and articles, the media and creative tools, and the whole ticket setup. Build the entire event, show it to your team, and decide about ticketing afterwards. Nobody asks you for a card.
Sell your tickets through Grofomo and the marketing suite — WhatsApp, email, social publishing and phone alerts — switches on too, still at no cost to you.
No card, no subscription, no invoice from us. Ever. Or book a demo and we'll walk you through it.
